We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Payment terms for our coaching programs are specified at the time of enrollment and in individual program agreements. All payments are processed through Stripe.
The Blueprint Transformation includes a 30-day "love it or leave it" guarantee. If within the first 30 days of the program you decide it's not the right fit, you may request a full refund by emailing info@planosnutrition.com. After the 30-day window, no refunds are issued.
The Blueprint Membership operates on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your Membership at any time with 30 days' written notice by emailing info@planosnutrition.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle following your notice.
The Planos Portal is a monthly subscription service. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds are issued for partial months.
Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us to resolve a billing concern is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your services and pursue collection of disputed amounts.
All content on our Site and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, and software — is the property of Planos Nutrition, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"The Blueprint Method," "Planos," and the Planos Nutrition logo are registered trademarks of Planos Nutrition, Inc. Other marks used on our Site are the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site and program materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
