No. All coaching is delivered virtually. Our clients are spread across the country and internationally. Everything — check-ins, messaging, portal access, lab coordination — happens online. You get the same level of service regardless of where you are.
The Transformation is for people who want a complete, structured rebuild with maximum support — lab work, personalized training, and direct 1:1 coaching. The Membership is for people who have a foundation and want ongoing guidance, accountability, and community at a lower intensity. For the Transformation, you submit a short application that covers your goals, history, current habits, and what you’re looking for in a coaching program. We review every application personally. If we think it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a call to talk through the details. If we don’t think it’s the right time or the right program, we’ll tell you that too.
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Membership to build momentum and then apply for the Transformation when they’re ready for the full experience. We’ll always be honest about which program serves you best at any given point.
That’s actually who we work best with. Most of our clients have a long history of programs that worked for a while and then didn’t. The reason those programs failed usually isn’t willpower — it’s that they only addressed one pillar (usually nutrition) and ignored the habits and mindset that determine whether results last. No catch. You can cancel at any time with no fees and no hoops. We offer quarterly and annual packages at a discount for those who want to commit, but the standard month-to-month option is exactly what it sounds like. We’d rather earn your loyalty every month than lock you into a contract.
We don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients successfully submit superbills to their insurance provider or HSA/FSA for partial reimbursement. We can provide the documentation you need to submit on your end.
